One of our client needed assistance with upskilling their HR Team and in turn have them support the business as needed. HR department was being headed by a newly promoted manager and the CEO wanted to improve the people skills of this Manager in turn enabling better support for the business and helping team increase productivity.
Our team first conducted an assessment of their current capability of the HR Head identified areas for improvement. We discussed the goals for the coaching with the CEO and the type of transformation they expecting in the coachee – in this case the newly promoted HR Manager.
Next, we worked with coachee on developing all the needed skills for the role. This included practicing active listening, giving and receiving feedback, and delivering effective presentations. We also enabled the coachee to work closely with CEO and Managers and act as their partners in business. We also ensured that the coachee enhances emotional intelligence, including managing stress and building resilience.
Throughout the coaching process, we provided the client everything that was required to ensure the successful goal acheivement of coaching engagement. This included regular coaching sessions, as well as resources and tools to support their development.
In the end, the client saw a significant improvement in the capability of the newly promoted HR Manager. They were grateful for the personalized coaching and support throughout the process, and felt confident in their ability to continue to benefit from the professional transformation of the HR Manager.

One such client - a growing company - wanted to establish a fair and effective system for evaluating employee performance and providing feedback so they can have a objective basis for salary reviews/ promotions.
Our team first understood their current performance management practices and identified areas for improvement. We discussed their goals for the new system and the type of culture they wanted to create within the company. We also checked if they wanted to do this through an HR platform or manually in excel going forward.
A new performance management system was designed which included establishing clear performance expectations, developing a fair and consistent evaluation process, and providing regular feedback to employees. To support the implementation of the new system, we trained the managers and employees on how to conduct performance conversations. This included training on how to set goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
To ensure the success of the new system, we established a regular review process to assess its effectiveness and make any necessary adjustments as and when needed.
